Florida statues lays out a genetic distribution of assets, if you die without a Will. The states will not take your assets. However, it dose not offer any protection for assets going to irresponsible or special needs beneficiaries. It dose not properly address the issues dealing with young minors. Living Wills handle very sensitive issues of whether you want to provided with pro long life, treatments and food and fluids at the very end of life. By preparing a living will, you express your wishes, saving others from making these painful and difficult decisions for you. There are also several different trust that you might consider depending on your issues, such as Revocable Trust, Irrevocable Trust, Supplement Trust and Spendthrift Trust, including Charitable Trust
