How To Candle Care

Candles are great for so many things, I say that all the time, because its true. Candles are also used in churches, and everywhere, especially in the home. Candles are also used to treat certain illness such as stress, tension, and headaches. We encourage candle makers to use medicinal oils in there candles to aid customers.

Candle Care

Candles care is important to maintain safety and to preserve your candle life. It is a good idea to allow your initial burn up to 2-3 hours to build up the melt pool, and prevent tunneling. Trim your wick to 1/4 inch before every burn to avoid unnecessary smoke. Remember soy wax burns clean and produce less soot, therefore, you can use pure soy wax to avoid unnecessary smoke. Never burn your candle more than 4 hours at a time. You should stop burning candles when it reaches about 1/2 inch of wax. Keep away from kids, pets, and flammable objects to avoid fires and other damages. You should also be cautious with hot glass, and never leave a lighted candle alone or unattended, however, you can move around without hovering over a candle while burning as long as you don't forget about it, and continue to check it.

The Enjoyment of Candle
